One of the most defining characteristics is a 20-foot wide tower that begins on the ground floor and continues though the 2nd floor roof; the tower has an internal staircase leading to a 3rd floor roof deck and finally the crow’s nest. The Crows Nest is perched 55 feet in the air and covered by a thatched roof, there is no better place to check the surf or watch the sunset. It features two master bedrooms with king sized beds suspended from a clever canopy, double french doors open to private decks overlooking the ocean with only the sound of crashing waves to put you to sleep. The 3rd bedroom has four single beds, a private deck, and views of the surrounding mountains. All bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The ground floor has a large bar and dining area facing the surf, opening roll-up doors creates an expansive indoor/outdoor living area, and an air conditioned office provides wireless internet throughout the house.
